Scrum Master I

As a framework for Agile Project Management, Scrum is designed to carry out complex projects in an effective and flexible manner. Its foundation consists of iterative, incremental workflows, and it encourages team members to work closely together. Through regular sprints, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives, work stays transparent and can adapt to change. Key priorities in Scrum are delivering functioning products quickly, learning continuously and making adjustments in response to feedback from customers and the team.

This online course prepares you for the PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I) exam.
